For Sale: Paradise in our corner of Flower Mound

You know by now we're moving to Virginia in the next few days. I'm finishing up work at FOX 4 and getting ready to take the reins of my new newsroom in Richmond. It's hard to think that we won't be living among you great people, at least not until we return (and I hope one day we will). It's hard too to think we're leaving a home that we absolutely love. But that's part of the deal. And so we're putting our house on the market.

It's gorgeous, and I think it has one of the best drive-up views in town. Our towering pecan tree (professionally estimated to be 110 years old) graces the front view, but you'll also right away notice the sweeping front porch and white columns. The house is uniquely-styled in the Villages of Northshore, which gives you great location (perfect for south-bound commuters), great schools and a great bunch of neighbors.

Inside the home has an open floor plan, with picture-window views to the secluded backyard flanked by forested land to the rear and to one side. Our lot is in the back corner of our neighborhood, with Northshore Club property immediately behind us and the back-end of the new multi-acre, high-dollar Three Bridges Estates residential development set back about 100 feet behind our backfence.

If you'd like more information and more photos too, click to this link, this link or this link. If you'd like to see the house, send me an e-mail, and I'll help you get set up with our realtors, The Buehlers and Associates.

By the way, I've never ever used this blog to sell anything, and of course, I've never made a dime off it, so I hope you'll forgive this one commercial post. Thanks!
