Need your advice on a new blog name
Even though I'm moving to Richmond Virginia, I want to keep on blogging. I won't have much to say about Flower Mound other than "I miss all y'all", so I'm going to pick something else to write about. I've been thinking about writing a blog that's somewhat along the theme "Boy Meets Virginia" or "A Texan in Virginia", kind of about my first impressions about my new home and the differences between my old home state and my new home state.
What I need is a good name for this new blog. Any ideas? I'd appreciate your help and creative ideas.

With the James River going through Richmond, my initial no-thought title would be "Texan on the James" or something similar, but leave the Trinity out of it.

I wouldn't use "Texas". I doubt your new readers want to hear much about Texas. Talk about Virginia! and name your blog something local like you did in FM.
